Edgar Espitia
Hi there, I am Edgar. I am currently a research assistant at ZEU at Justus Liebig University in Giessen. I work in the climate research team to provide information and insights about weather and climate. Previously, I was a lecturer-researcher teacher of hydrology and a member of the Earth and Water Science Department at Ikiam Regional Amazon University in Ecuador.
My passion for weather and climate, specifically in hydrology, started as a college student when I realised the complexity and the impact of the relationship between society and water. Since then, I have made the effort to learn and make an impact on water resources in every possible way.
I strive to be highly committed and motivated in a team, as well as individually, to provide a better society and a better future for us from a water perspective.
